Following a competitive tender, Woodward & Co were appointed to undertake the Design and Build CAT A/B fit out of this new office development. Comprising of the 3 upper floors of open plan & cellular office space with commercial kitchen and auditorium. The high level of finishes and intricate ceilings required a close working relationship with the designers  throughout.
