Following a competitively tendered bid we successful secured this large store new build fit out of the mechanical services over 4 floors and 120,000sq/ft within the Westfield Shopping Centre Derby. This was the first M&S store to utilise displacement ventilation which has since become the standard in all new M&S fit outs in their bid to meet their Plan A targets.
