Woodward & Co were appointed to undertake the design and build modifications and adaptions to this existing One million sq/ft distribution centre acquired by John Lewis. A quick programme required immediate on site validation of existing services to identify their operational state and predicted life span to enable John Lewis to make an informed decision to the extent of upgrades and refurbishment required. This led to an extensive list of works.
