Woodward & Co were appointed to undertake the Design and Build CAT A fit out of this new office/retail development. Comprising of 3 floors of retail space , 3 floors of office open plan space and communal landlords toilet facilities to multiple levels. Built for an individual client this project involved the phased removal and relocation of adjacent residential and retail tenant  external plant to accommodate the roof top extension. Phased working was key to the success of the this project.
