Following a successful competitive tender bid Woodward & Co secured the fit out of the 5^th floor new staff food court catering facility containing 6 catering kitchens and fit out of new staff toilets which comprised of in excess of 40 toilets. These new facilities cater for around 8000 staff and occupied some 30% of the entire 5^th floor.
