Following a competitive tender, Woodward & Co were appointed to undertake the Design and Build fit out of this new flagship department store. Comprising of 6 floors of retail space with basement BOH. Works include on site restaurant, Gym with showers and are spread over 120,000 sq/ft making this Flannels largest store in the UK.

Services included:

 

  • Primary Fresh Air Supply & Extract including central AHU multiple MVHR units
  • Installation of 110No VRF units
  • Exposed secondary supply ductwork & services throughout
  • Hot & Cold Water Services to toilet cores
  • Above Ground Drainage including multiple pumped drainage units
  • Smoke extract design
  • Acoustic treatment
  • Oil lines
  • BMS Controls
