Following a competitive tender, Woodward & Co were appointed to undertake the Design and Build CAT A fit out of this new office development. Comprising of 2 floors of open plan office space (Ground & First Floor) with basement communal changing/showers/toilets.
Services included:
- Primary Fresh Air Supply & Extract including multiple MVHR units
- Installation of VRF Fan coil units
- Exposed secondary supply ductwork & services throughout
- Hot & Cold Water Services to toilet cores
- Above Ground Drainage
- BMS Controls
