Following a competitive Stage 2 tender, Woodward & Co were appointed to undertake the Design and Build Stage 4 to Stage 5 CAT B fit out of this new office development for the Government Property Agency which forms part of their network Hub plans. Comprising of 11 floors of open plan & cellular office space with communal toilet facilities to multiple levels and occupying in excess of 122,000 sf/ft, the design required extensive modifications to the original CAT A fit out.

Exposed services throughout resulted in ensuring a high quality finish whilst meeting stringent noise criteria and working to constrained ceiling heights.
