Following a competitive tender Woodward & Co were appointed to undertake the Design and Build CAT A fit out of this new office development. Comprising of 3 floors of open plan space and communal landlords toilet facilities to multiple levels spread of 35,000 sq/ft. Designed to embrace the exposed features of the building, the mechanical services design was integral to the finished industrial look.
