Woodward & Co secured the  Stage 1 tender for this redevelopment of an existing 110,000 sq/ft warehouse to support Waitrose’s increased capacity for their Ecomm home delivery offer. Works consisted of modifications to the internal offices, warehouse areas and construction of a new vehicle maintenance unit.
