Following a competitive tender, Woodward & Co were appointed to undertake the Design and Build fit out of this new flagship department store. Comprising of 6 floors of retail space with basement BOH. Works include on site restaurant, Gym with showers and are spread over 120,000 sq/ft making this Flannels largest store in the UK.
Services included:
- Primary Fresh Air Supply & Extract including central AHU multiple MVHR units
- Installation of 110No VRF units
- Exposed secondary supply ductwork & services throughout
- Hot & Cold Water Services to toilet cores
- Above Ground Drainage including multiple pumped drainage units
- Smoke extract design
- Acoustic treatment
- Oil lines
- BMS Controls
