Installation Services
We provide site installation services from small local projects right up to multi million pound, fully integrated, combined services projects. Our engineering specialists manage and oversee all site installation teams to ensure the works proceed in a safe, efficient and technically outstanding manner. We understand that our clients need their project to be installed to the highest possible standard whilst staying on budget and meeting every deadline.
Design Services
Our inhouse design team provide a full design service for every aspect of mechanical services engineering, from air conditioning and ventilation, to heating, plumbing and drainage. We take time to understand the customer’s needs and the requirements for their building’s use, and use this to offer a bespoke, high quality, engineered solution.
Designers who understand installation
Because we have extensive experience of the installation phase of construction projects, we always start with the end in mind and ensure our design solution is practical and achievable at fit out and installation. This guarantees an efficient and smooth construction phase.
We are happy to offer our Design service as either a stand-alone consultancy process or as an integral part of a Design and Build package.
Condition Surveys & Reports
Our survey and reporting expertise is tailored to clients who are either looking to make material changes to an existing building or considering ownership or lease of a building that has existing services installed.
Our surveys, carried out by qualified design engineers, are always conducted with the individual needs of the client at the forefront of the process. We understand that you, as the building owner, need to maximise value for however long you occupy the premises.
Our detailed surveys and reports will either prevent money being wasted on new plant, when the existing can be reused or adapted, or save you excessive maintenance costs or even breakdowns
